I make these mesquite knives/spreader by hand. They are not created through CNC (computer machined). I do my best but each one will be slightly unique (They will have variations in their grain, color and size).

While mesquite will be much more durable than most wood please follow this care guide to insure it lasts decades.

Care Guide:
-Do not leave soaking in water.
-Wipe clean with soap and water.
-Occasionally wipe with food grade oil of choice (mineral oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, etc…)
